Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
During product launches, special events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Local Pickup
At this time, local pickup is not available unless otherwise announced through our social media channels or community events.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Dirty Soles Run Club is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the situation and work toward a resolution.
